The web has become a privileged platform for an increasingly globalized society to access new knowledge. A wide array of genres, platforms and sites have emerged and are used by scientists to communicate and disseminate their research endeavours and findings, bringing science and scientific knowledge closer to citizens and stakeholders and promoting a participatory culture. In this context of global, digital communication, InterGedi seeks to undertake linguistic, pragmatic and multimodal analyses of scientific discourse for dissemination purposes.
